Developer of one of the hottest new luxury multi-family projects in downtown Miami, ZOM called upon Bernard Holnaider and his team at R D Jones + Associates to design interiors to give life to the spacious modern vibe of effortless luxury.
This 381-foot-tall residential tower with 462 units is a modern escape to cool in the pulsating heart of downtown Miami. Large scale open polished chrome floor lamps with sweeping curves frame white lobby seating backed by towering slate gray walls. Custom marble table lamps with oversize geometric smoke glass shades are modern torches of light in the designer entertainment lounge and posh club spaces.
Met 3 was a finalist for 2017 ULI Vision Award Building of the Year.
